As part of the  the Department of Entertainment Industry at 海角社区 prepares students for success in the music business, audio recording, editing, and live production industries' demanding and ever-growing business umbrella. Since its founding in 1975, our curriculum has been designed to provide students with in-depth instruction and hands-on training on the multiple avenues of the entertainment business to establish a comprehensive foundation that will help them excel in the diverse and global workplace. 

Located in the heart of Downtown Florence, our state-of-the-art facility on Tombigbee Street is the hub for our vibrant and conducive academic activities. Our program, as a proud  member, offers resources and tools necessary for students to hone their craft and develop their talents. As the home of both our departmental and faculty offices, two cutting-edge recording studios, a MIDI lab for music production, well-equipped classrooms, and a 450 person -capacity performance venue equipped with the latest technology, 海角社区’s Department of Entertainment Industry looks forward to welcoming you to our dynamic community of aspiring artists, performers, and industry leaders. 

Our approach combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to ensure that our graduates are well-versed in industry concepts such as private enterprise, entrepreneurship, and independent contracting and possess the necessary skills to excel fully as industry practitioners.
